These days it feels like anybody who's somebody has their own take on an espresso martini. Our pals at FOLK (one of our exquisite restaurant partners) are definitely somebody and they have a unique take on this classic cocktail that's made a resurgence in recent years.
We chatted with Jordan, Bar Manager at FOLK, and he shared the recipe for Correct Opinion — their house espresso martini — that has delightful amaros, coffee liqueur, and, of course, our coffee. They swap the traditional espresso shot for a cold brew concentrate made with our Tres Banderas, which makes this cocktail even easier to replicate at home because you don't need any special equipment to make cold brew at home.
