DRIP COFFEE BREWING GUIDE
The drip brewer is a classic stand-by of brewing coffee at home. While we have nothing against your mom’s Coffee Mate from 1986, we love the SCA-certified Bonavita brewer for a quick and no-fuss way to make your morning brew.
The simple pour over design, accurate water temperature and pre-infusion technology produces consistent, easy and tasty cups of coffee at home.
This guide is specific to the Bonavita Thermal Carafe Coffee Brewer (BV1500TS). If you’re looking for how to get the most out of any other drip brewer, check out this guide.
This guide will produce about two 10 oz cups of coffee.

- Grinder
STEP 1
PREPARE
Fill the brewer to the 4-cup mark with filtered water (640 grams of water).
Place filter in basket.
STEP 2
WEIGH & GRIND
Weigh out 40 grams of coffee.
